What is the purpose of the Reynoldsville Bass Club? Well it is a club of bass fishermen with varying skill levels (from novices to wannabe pros) who want to have lots of fun and promote the sport of bass fishing. Our goal is to share knowledge and information, conserve and preserve our natural resources, promote good sportsmanship, and set a good example for other fisherman.
This club was started in 1991 by a group of friends wanting to share the bass fishing experience with the rest of the community. They also knew that the only way to test ones skills was to compete in an environment that was fair to all. By competing everyone got to share their information on how they were catching bass therefore improving everyones chance at catching bass on their next outing. In other words, it doesn't matter if you are an experienced angler or someone that has never been bass fishing, this club was started to help everyone. To prove that this club is successful at pursuing its purpose we are proud to announce 2010 as our 20th year.
